This Privacy Policy describes how Solabs Technology(BJ)Co.,Limited. (referred to in this Privacy Policy as "Company", "Solabs", "we", or "us"), and the developer of the associated S&O Labs mobile application (the "App"), collects information when you use the App (separately and collectively, the "Service"). It also explains how we use and disclose the information we collect from you, and your rights in relation to that information. Please note that if you disagree with anything in this Privacy Policy, you must not use the Service.

Any information that is collected via our Services is covered by the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected. We will notify users of changes to this Privacy Policy by posting the amended terms in advance of the last updated date of the changes. If you do not agree to the changes, you should discontinue your use of the Service before the modified privacy policy takes effect. If you continue using the Site or Service after the modified privacy policy takes effect, you will be bound by the modified privacy policy.
1. COLLECTING INFORMATION
Our primary goals in collecting information are to provide and improve our Services, to administer your use of the Services (including your Account, if you are an Account holder), and to enable you to enjoy and easily navigate our Services.
1.1 Account Information
We may collect information when you register for an account, request customer support, or otherwise interact with us. The information you provide may include: your name, email address.
If you create an Account using your login credentials from one of your Social Networking Sites (the "SNS") Accounts, we’ll be able to access and collect your name and other PII that your privacy settings on the SNS Account permit us to access.
1.2 Information Collected Using Cookies and other Web Technologies
Like many website owners and operators, we use automated data collection tools such as Cookies and Web Beacons to collect certain information.
1.3 Information Related to Use of the Services
Our servers automatically record certain information about how a person uses our Services (we refer to this information as "Log Data"), including both Account holders and non-Account holders (either, a "User"). Log Data may include information such as a User’s Internet Protocol (IP) , operating system, the web page that a User was visiting before accessing our Services, the pages or features of our Services to which a User browsed and the time spent on those pages or features, search terms, the links on our Services that a User clicked on and other statistics. We use Log Data to administer the Services and we analyze (and may engage third parties to analyze) Log Data to improve, customize and enhance the Services by expanding their features and functionality and tailoring them to our Users’ needs and preferences. We may use a person’s IP address to fight spam, malware and identity theft. We also use the IP Address to generate aggregate, non-identifying information about how our Services are used.
1.4 Information Sent by Your Mobile Device
We collect certain information that your mobile device sends when you use our Services, like a device identifier, user settings and the operating system of your device, as well as information about your use of our Services.
1.5 Information Collected to Provide and Improve Our Services
Used to personalize user experience within the App, we may collect information generated during your use of the Services. This information may include personal questions, such as your current feelings, activities that help you relax, and your emotional or mental state.
We use the information to help us understand how users interact with our Services and to improve functionality, stability, and user experience.
We do not use the information for advertising purposes, and we do not collect advertising identifiers for cross-app tracking.

We will not share any PII that we have collected from or regarding you except as described below:
2.1 Information Disclosed in Connection with Business Transactions
Information that we collect from our users, including PII, is considered to be a business asset. We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and/or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate:

• to protect our property, rights and safety, and to protect the rights, property and safety of a third party or the public in general
• to prevent or stop any activity we consider illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.
2.3 Information Disclosed with your Consent or at your Direction.
For instance, you may choose to share actions you’ve taken through the Services using “share” or similar features or by linking your account with third-party services.
3. DATA TRANSFER
Your personal information is stored and processed in secure data centers operated by our service providers. As a result, we and our service providers process information in countries which may not provide equivalent levels of data protection as your home jurisdiction. Where required by law, we provide adequate protection for the transfer of personal data in accordance with applicable law, such as by obtaining your consent, relying on the European Commission’s adequacy decisions, or executing Standard Contractual Clauses. 4. YOUR RIGHTS
You may update certain account information (such as your password, name, and email address) by logging into your account, emailing us at support@solabs.ai.
Regardless of your location, but subject to certain limits and conditions provided under law, you have the right to request to:
1. Know more about the information we have about you;
2. Access information we have about you (including in a portable format);
3. Correct information we have about you;
4. Delete the information we have about you.
If you request to delete your information, please note that we retain certain information when required or permitted by law.
4.1 Under Applicable Data Protection Laws
Subject to limitations in applicable law, you are entitled to object to or request the restriction of processing of your Personal Data, and to request access to, rectification, erasure and portability of your own Personal Data. Requests should be submitted by contacting us through support@solabs.ai.
If you are aware of changes or inaccuracies in your information, you should inform us of such changes so that our records may be updated or corrected. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that our processing of your Personal Data infringes applicable law.
We retain your Personal Data as long as needed to provide services or products to you, or as required or permitted by applicable laws, such as tax and accounting laws.
4.2 Modifying Your Information
You can access and modify the PII associated with your Account through your Account settings or by contacting us at support@solabs.ai.
You can request to deactivate your account (Settings - Deactivate Account). Before deactivating your account, we will confirm information such as your identity, security status, trusted devices. Please note that deactivation is irreversible. Once you deactivate your account, we will no longer collect personal information and delete all information related with your account. We guarantee that such information will not be revealed.
5. THE SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION
We take reasonable administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect the information that we collect from or about you (including your PII) from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When you enter sensitive information on our forms, we encrypt this data using SSL or other technologies. Please be aware, however, that no method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing information is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information.
6. LINKS TO OTHER SITES
Our Services may contain links to websites and services that are owned or operated by third parties (each, a "Third-party Service"). Any information that you provide on or to a Third-party Service or that is collected by a Third-party Service is provided directly to the owner or operator of the Third-party Service and is subject to that owner’s or operator’s privacy policy. We’re not responsible for the content, privacy or security practices and policies of any Third-party Service. To protect your information we recommend that you carefully review the privacy policies of all Third-party Services that you access.
7. CHILDREN‘S PRIVACY
Our Services are not intended for children and are not directed to individuals under the minimum age required by applicable data protection laws.
We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal data from children below such minimum age. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without valid parental or guardian consent where such consent is required by law, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information promptly.

To provide you with better services and to reflect changes in our business and legal requirements, we may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. However, without your explicit consent, we will not reduce the rights you are entitled to under the version of this Privacy Policy that is currently in effect.
