Product-SoClip Pebble & App

What are SoClip Pebble?

SoClip Pebble are a lightweight pair of open-ear clip-on earbuds, with each earbud weighing approximately 5g. They feature the comfort-focused FeatherFit design and signature TouchStone speckled texture. Paired with the SoLabs App, they let you start a “5-Minute Reset” anytime.

Designed for everyday listening and wellness support, they are not a medical device.

Are SoClip Pebble AI earbuds?

The current version does not automatically detect or diagnose emotions. With EmotionPath, you choose how you feel and the intensity of that feeling, and the app recommends content based on your selections.

Automatic emotion recognition is planned for a future version to provide easier, more personalized content recommendations. Features and timing will be announced in future updates. This feature will not be intended for medical diagnosis.

What is the SoLabs App?

The SoLabs App provides emotional check-ins, content recommendations, and guided audio, while SoClip Pebble bring open-ear listening and the tactile TouchStone experience.

Although they work best together, the app can also be enjoyed through your phone speaker or other audio devices.

Who are SoClip Pebble for, and how can they help me relax or focus?

Designed for people who prefer an open-ear fit, SoClip Pebble provide a simple way to recenter during work, study, commute, or wind-down before bed. Meditation experience is not needed.

Choose how you feel in EmotionPath, then follow breathing exercises, meditation, focus, or dive into soundscapes as your 5-Minute Reset. Your mileage may vary.

Can I use SoClip Pebble as my everyday earbuds?

Yes. SoClip Pebble can be used for music, podcasts, and calls—whether you’re commuting, working, studying, or relaxing.

The open-ear design leaves your ear canals unobstructed, helping you stay aware of your surroundings while listening. Awareness varies with volume and environment, so please keep the volume low around traffic or other potential hazards.

Which devices are compatible with SoClip Pebble and the SoLabs App?

SoClip Pebble use standard Bluetooth audio connections found in most phones, tablets, and computers. Compatibility may vary by device, operating system, and audio apps.

The SoLabs App supports iOS 16.0 or later and Android 7.0 or later. For the best experience, keep your device software and the app up to date.

Which Bluetooth version and audio codecs do SoClip Pebble support?

SoClip Pebble support Bluetooth 6.0 and SBC, AAC, and LDAC audio codecs. Codec availability depends on the connected device and operating system.

SoClip Pebble also support multipoint pairing with two connected devices.

What is the battery life of SoClip Pebble?

SoClip Pebble provide up to 12 hours of playback with one charge. The charging case adds about 28 hours for up to 40 hours in total (based on continuous music playback at approximately 50% volume).

Actual battery life varies with volume, call duration, ENC, LDAC, Game Mode, multipoint connection, ambient temperature, and other conditions.

What is SoClip Pebble's water-resistance rating?

The earbuds are rated IPX5 for resistance to everyday sweat and water splashes. The IPX5 rating applies to the earbuds only; the charging case has no IP water-resistance rating.

Water resistance is not permanent and may deteriorate with normal wear. Do not submerge the earbuds or use them while swimming or showering. When wet, dry them completely before putting them back in the case.

What are the key hardware specifications of SoClip Pebble?

Each earbud weighs about 5 g, and the charging case is about 48 g, for a total of about 59g. The case measures approximately 68 × 60 × 30 mm and is available in black or white. Main materials include ABS + PC, silicone, memory titanium wire, and aluminum-alloy buttons.

Audio hardware includes a 10.8 mm dual-magnet dynamic driver, a 20 Hz–20 kHz frequency response, 16 Ω ±15% impedance, and 20 mW output. Effective range is 10 m or more in open, low-interference environments; actual range varies by connected device and surroundings.

Do SoClip Pebble support active noise cancellation, and will sound leak?

Yes. SoClip Pebble support active noise cancellation (ENC); the open-ear design does not block ambient sounds like sealed in-ear earbuds. Performance varies with on-ear fit, noise type, and environment. A certain degree of awareness of surroundings will be preserved at all times.

Directional sound helps reduce audio leakage, but a small amount may still be audible at higher volume or in quiet spaces. When needed, please lower the volume and move the speaker units closer to your ear canal openings.

What is included, and where can I find the serial number?

The box includes the SoClip Pebble earbuds, charging case, a 20 cm USB Type-C to USB Type-C charging cable, a multilingual Quick Start Guide, and a warranty card. NFC-card availability depends on the final package configuration for your region.

You can find the serial number on the SN label near the bottom of the back panel of the package or inside the charging-case lid.

Troubleshooting

What should I do if SoClip Pebble won’t connect to my phone?

Please try the following steps:

  1. Return both earbuds to the charging case and close the lid, then open it again. The earbuds will power on automatically. If either earbud has 20% battery or less, the case indicator will light orange for 3 seconds. If both earbuds have more than 20% battery, it will light white for 3 seconds. Charge the earbuds first if the battery is low.
  2. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on and keep your phone within 1 meter of the earbuds.
  3. Temporarily turn off Bluetooth on other previously paired devices to prevent SoClip Pebble from reconnecting to them first.
  4. Select “SoClip Pebble” from your phone’s Bluetooth device list. The case indicator flashes white rapidly during pairing or reconnection. Once connected, it stays white for 2 seconds and then turns off.
  5. If “SoClip Pebble” does not appear, follow the manual pairing instructions.
  6. If it still will not connect, select “Forget This Device” or “Unpair” in your phone’s Bluetooth settings, then pair SoClip Pebble again. You can also turn Bluetooth off and back on or restart your phone.

If the issue continues, contact us in the app through “Account” → “Feedback” → “Contact us,” or through the Support section of the official website.

What should I do if “SoClip Pebble” does not appear in the Bluetooth device list?

If SoClip Pebble have a previous pairing record, they will try to reconnect first when powered on and may not immediately appear as an available device.

  1. Make sure the earbuds and charging case have power, turn on Bluetooth, and keep your phone close to the earbuds.
  2. Return both earbuds to the charging case and keep the lid open. Press the case pairing button twice to enter pairing mode manually. Pairing mode remains active for 5 minutes, and the case indicator flashes white rapidly.
  3. Search for Bluetooth devices again and select “SoClip Pebble.” Once connected, the indicator stays white for 2 seconds and then turns off.
  4. If an old “SoClip Pebble” entry appears in the Bluetooth list, select “Forget This Device” or “Unpair,” then search and pair again.

If pairing is not completed within 5 minutes, the earbuds will power off automatically. Close and reopen the case, then press the pairing button twice to try again.

What should I do if SoClip Pebble does not reconnect automatically or keeps disconnecting?

If SoClip Pebble have a previous pairing record, they automatically enter reconnect mode when powered on and try to reconnect for up to 5 minutes. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on for the previously connected device, then tap “SoClip Pebble” in its Bluetooth device list.

If SoClip Pebble do not reconnect within 5 minutes, they will automatically switch to pairing mode and wait for another 5 minutes. The case indicator flashes white rapidly during pairing or reconnection. When the earbuds are in standby, you can also press the case button once to restart the reconnection or pairing process.

If the connection frequently drops, try the following:

  1. Keep your phone within 10 meters of the earbuds and minimize obstacles such as walls.
  2. Move away from Wi-Fi routers, microwave ovens, and areas with many wireless devices.
  3. If SoClip Pebble are connected to multiple devices, temporarily turn off Bluetooth on the other device and check whether the connection becomes more stable.
  4. Forget or unpair “SoClip Pebble” in your phone’s Bluetooth settings, then pair them again.
  5. Test SoClip Pebble with another phone or device to determine whether the issue is related to the earbuds or the original device.

If the issue continues, please contact us through the app or the Support section of the official website.

What should I do if there is no sound, or audio plays through the phone speaker?

Make sure the earbuds have sufficient battery and appear as “Connected” in your device’s Bluetooth settings. Check the audio output settings on your phone, computer, or app, select “SoClip Pebble,” and turn up the volume if needed.

SoClip Pebble can stay connected to two devices at the same time, but they can play audio from only one device at a time. Before switching, pause any music, video, or call on the other device, then start playback on the device you want to use. Calls and certain device or app restrictions may affect automatic switching. If needed, manually select “SoClip Pebble” as the audio output on the device you wish to play from.

To connect a second device, keep the first device connected and press and hold the left and right earbud buttons simultaneously for 2 seconds. Then select “SoClip Pebble” from the Bluetooth list on the second device. If no devices are connected within 3 minutes, SoClip Pebble exit multipoint pairing mode automatically. Repeat these steps to try again.

If there is still no sound, pause and restart playback, or disconnect and reconnect SoClip Pebble. If necessary, forget or unpair “SoClip Pebble” in your device’s Bluetooth settings, then pair them again. If the issue continues, contact us through the app or the Support section of the official website.

What should I do if the volume is low, unbalanced, or the sound quality is poor?

Make sure the earbuds are not reversed and move the speaker units closer to the outside of your ear canals. Check whether the sound outlets are blocked by dust, sweat, or debris.

Check your device's left-right balance, volume limit, and audio-output settings, and test with another audio source. By design, open-ear earbuds sound quieter in noisy environments.

What should I do if I hear noise or experience audio delay?

Play the same content through the phone speaker or another pair of earbuds to check whether the source is causing the problem. Keep SoClip Pebble close to the device and move away from crowded wireless environments.

Bluetooth audio may have some delay. Game Mode is designed to reduce latency to around 100 ms, but actual performance varies by phone, app, codec, and wireless environment. Turn off unnecessary nearby Bluetooth or Wi-Fi devices and try again. If the issue continues, reset and pair again.

What should I do if multipoint does not work or audio does not switch devices?

First, make sure the first device is connected. Then press and hold both the left and right earbud buttons for 2 seconds to enter multipoint pairing mode.

Multipoint plays audio from only one device at a time. Before switching, pause the audio on the first device, then start playback on the second device. Incoming calls, active calls, or system limitations on certain devices may affect automatic switching. If necessary, manually select SoClip Pebble in your device’s Bluetooth or audio output settings.

What should I do if the battery drains quickly?

SoClip Pebble are rated for up to 12 hours on one charge, plus about 28 additional hours from the charging case, for up to 40 hours total. Testing is based on fully charged earbuds and case, with continuous music playback at approximately 50% volume.

The following conditions may increase battery consumption:

  1. Extended calls: microphones and call noise reduction remain active and generally use more power than music playback.
  2. Extended playback at high volume. Higher volume generally uses more power.
  3. Using ENC, LDAC, Game Mode, or multipoint.
  4. Unstable Bluetooth connection, excessive distance, or obstacles between devices.
  5. The earbuds are not fully charged, or the charging contacts are not making proper contact.
  6. Very hot or cold conditions, and normal battery aging over time.

Please try the following:

  1. Fully charge the earbuds and charging case.
  2. Set volume to about 50% and shorten call time during the test.
  3. Temporarily turn off ENC, Game Mode, and multipoint; use SBC or AAC for comparison.
  4. Keep the earbuds close to the device, clean the charging contacts, and confirm that charging starts in the case.
  5. Avoid using or charging the earbuds in extremely hot or cold conditions.
  6. If the battery display appears abnormal, reset and pair again. The launch version does not support user-initiated earbud OTA updates.

To check battery performance, fully charge the earbuds, play music continuously at approximately 50% volume, and record the playback time. If the battery life remains significantly shorter than expected under similar conditions, please contact customer support and provide the product serial number, connected device model, main usage scenario, and the actual battery life observed.

What should I do if the earbuds or charging case will not charge?

Check the earbud charging contacts, charging case pins, and USB Type-C port for dust, sweat, or debris. Clean them gently with a dry, soft cloth or cotton swab to make sure all parts are completely dry. SoClip Pebble support wired charging only, not wireless charging.

Reseat the earbuds and make sure the charging case has power. Test again using a USB Type-C charging cable and a suitable 5V power source. A full charge takes approximately 90 minutes. If a pin is recessed or loose, or if a charging contact is damaged, stop troubleshooting and contact us at [support@solabs.ai](mailto:support@solabs.ai).

What should I do if call quality is poor, the other person cannot hear me, or the earbuds do not ring?

First, make sure “SoClip Pebble” are selected as both the microphone and audio output on your phone or in the calling app. Check that the microphone is not muted, the app has microphone permission, and the call volume is set appropriately.

Adjust the fit so that the microphones are not covered by hair or clothing, and keep the microphone openings clean and dry. Move to a quieter location with stable network and Bluetooth connections. You can also test with another contact or calling app to rule out issues with the network, the other person’s device, or the app itself.

If the problem continues, disconnect and reconnect SoClip Pebble. If necessary, remove or forget “SoClip Pebble” in your device’s Bluetooth settings, then pair them again. Ringtone routing and call-control support may vary depending on your phone’s operating system and the third-party calling app. If the issue persists, please contact us through the Support section of the official website.

What should I do if the earbud buttons do not respond?

Try the standard press pattern again and confirm that the current app or device supports the relevant media or call controls. Close other apps that may be playing audio and causing a control conflict.

Disconnect and reconnect the earbuds, or restart the playback app. If the buttons still do not respond, reset SoClip Pebble and test again.

What should I do if the SoLabs App will not open, load content, or play through SoClip Pebble?

Make sure your phone software and the SoLabs App are up to date. Keep an internet connection during the first download, sign-in, and content load, and check the permissions required by the app.

SoClip Pebble connect through your phone's Bluetooth settings. Confirm that “SoClip Pebble” are connected and selected as the audio output, then close and reopen the app. Reinstall the latest version if needed.

What should I do if the fit is uncomfortable or sound leakage is noticeable?

Gently slide the earbuds up or down, or adjust the angle until the speaker unit sits close to the ear canal opening. Avoid overstretching the clip. The best position may vary depending on your ear shape.

At 40%–50% volume in a quiet environment, some sound leakage is considered normal if a person approximately 1.5 meters away from the wearer cannot clearly make out what is playing. If the audio is still clearly audible at that distance, lower the volume and readjust the fit.

Stop wearing the earbuds if you experience persistent pain, skin irritation, or any other unusual reaction.
