We have a 14-day return policy. You may request a return within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, including Day 14.

Products purchased directly from the S&O Labs official store may be returned within this period whether they have been opened or used. Opening the packaging, activating, pairing, linking the product with the app, or using the product does not by itself affect return eligibility. The product must be returned with its original retail packaging and all accessories, components, manuals, and other items originally supplied. Both full-price and promotional or discounted products are eligible for return under this policy. Proof of purchase is required. Items that are incomplete or damaged through misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification may be ineligible, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

How to start a return
Contact us at support@solabs.ai before sending the product back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

For approved U.S. domestic returns, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions. You do not need to pay return postage upfront or request reimbursement afterward. We cover the cost of the provided label and do not deduct it from your refund. Approved returns are not subject to a restocking or return handling fee. Use only the return address and label provided in our instructions.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Promotional and discounted products
Both full-price and promotional or discounted products are eligible for return under this policy. Gift cards are non-returnable except where required by law.

Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may also have a statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Our commercial return policy above applies in addition to, and does not limit, mandatory consumer rights. Where mandatory law provides different or additional rights, mandatory law applies.

Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
