This website is operated by Solabs Technology (HK) Co., Limited. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Solabs Technology (HK) Co., Limited. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
These Terms apply only to the Site, customer accounts and products sold through the Site. The SoLabs mobile application is subject to separate terms and policies. Mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.
1. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
2. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.
3. Products and Availability
We sell SoClip Pebble and any other products displayed as available on the Site.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, colours and images accurately. Minor differences may result from screen settings, manufacturing tolerances or product updates, provided that the product remains in conformity with the contract and applicable law.
Products remain subject to availability at the time an order is submitted. If we are unable to fulfil an order after it is placed, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the affected product.
We may apply reasonable purchase limits per customer, household, account, payment method, address or order where necessary to manage limited inventory, prevent fraud or unauthorised resale, comply with law or protect fair access to products. We may restrict or discontinue future sales of a product in particular countries or regions where reasonably necessary for legal, safety, logistical or operational reasons. Such changes do not alter an order for which a binding contract has already been formed, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
4. Orders, Billing and Account Information
A purchase contract is formed when you submit an order and payment authorisation is completed, subject to our right to cancel the order as permitted by law. You must provide current, complete and accurate order, billing, shipping and contact information.
We may combine or review orders associated with the same customer account, payment method, billing address or shipping address when assessing fraud, purchase limits or suspected unauthorised resale. Where reasonably possible, we will contact you before materially changing or cancelling an order.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may cancel an order after it is placed if a product is unavailable, a material pricing or technical error occurred, fraud is reasonably suspected, delivery is not possible or fulfilment would violate applicable law. If we cancel an order, we will notify you and refund the affected amount using the original payment method without undue delay.
You may be able to create a customer account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
5. Prices, Taxes and Payment
Prices and currencies are displayed on the Site and may vary by market. Prices displayed to consumers include applicable sales tax or value-added tax where applicable. Import duties, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or region may be borne by the recipient unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout. Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed before you submit the order.
We currently accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment processing is performed by the payment provider made available at checkout and may be subject to that provider's terms.
We do not currently offer subscriptions or automatically renewing purchases through the Site. We may change product prices, currencies, promotions or discounts for future orders. A later price change does not affect an order for which a binding contract has already been formed, except where there is a material pricing or technical error.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped through logistics providers selected according to the destination, product availability and operational requirements. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs clearance, carrier disruption, weather, public holidays, incorrect address information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will provide available tracking information after dispatch. For consumer purchases, the risk of loss generally passes when you or a person designated by you receives the goods, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
7. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and EU Right of Withdrawal
14-Day Return and Exchange Policy
Products purchased directly through the Site may be returned or exchanged within 14 calendar days after delivery, including Day 14, whether they have been opened or used. Opening the packaging, activating, pairing, linking the product with the app, or using the product does not by itself affect return eligibility. Products must be returned with their original retail packaging and all accessories, components, manuals, and other items originally supplied. Both full-price and promotional or discounted products are eligible. Proof of purchase is required. Items that are incomplete or damaged through misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification may be ineligible, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Please contact us before returning an item. Approved returns are not subject to a restocking or return handling fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union and purchase goods online, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days after you or a person designated by you receives the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us through an unequivocal statement sent to support@solabs.ai or our postal address before the 14-day period expires.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. We will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We will refund payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first. Reimbursement will be made using the original payment method and without additional fees.
You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

8. Commercial Warranty and Statutory Rights
We provide a 12-month limited commercial warranty against eligible defects in materials and workmanship, beginning on the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification or repair, or damage caused by failure to follow product instructions. The available remedy may include troubleshooting, inspection, repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law. This commercial warranty is additional to and does not restrict statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods. Consumers in the European Union generally benefit from a minimum two-year statutory conformity guarantee.
9. Intellectual Property
The Site and its text, graphics, logos, product names, photographs, videos, software and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, sold or commercially exploited without our prior permission or another lawful basis.
10. User Content and Feedback
If you submit a review, comment, image or other content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and that the content is lawful and accurate. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for operating, improving and promoting the Site and our products.
If you voluntarily send us an idea, suggestion or other feedback without a separate written agreement, you permit us to use it to improve or develop the Site, products or services without payment to you. We are not required to treat unsolicited feedback as confidential or to respond to it, but we will handle any personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may moderate, restrict or remove user content where reasonably necessary because it is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, contains malicious material, is misleading or unrelated, or violates these Terms. You remain responsible for the content you submit.
11. Third-Party Links and Tools
The Site may contain links to or integrations with independent third-party services. We are not responsible for independent third-party content, availability or practices, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
We may make third-party tools, payment options or integrations available for convenience. Their availability may change, and their use may be governed by the relevant provider's terms and privacy information. You should review those terms before using the third-party service.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products delivered through the service are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties, express or implied, except as expressly stated by us or required by law.
General wellness, relaxation, breathing or meditation information on the Site is provided for informational purposes and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or qualified professional.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, mandatory product liability or any other liability that cannot legally be limited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
14. Termination
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services, or when you cease using the Site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or we may deny you access to our services (or any part thereof).
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
15. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with the policies and order information expressly incorporated into the contract, constitute the entire agreement governing the relevant use of the Site and purchase, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and contracts formed through the Site are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections granted by the law of the country in which they habitually reside.
The courts of Hong Kong will have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law. Consumers may also bring proceedings in any court available to them under mandatory consumer-protection and jurisdiction rules.
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. This statement does not restrict any right to bring a claim before a competent court or to exercise mandatory consumer rights.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms for future use of the Site and future orders. Changes will not retroactively alter an accepted order unless agreed by you or required by law. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Where a change materially affects an existing customer account or an ongoing service relationship, we will provide reasonable notice where required by law. Continued browsing alone does not waive rights attached to an order formed under an earlier version of these Terms.
